You need to find a church fellowship, or start one, which holds strict stated positions against sodomy, mixed sexual cohabitation of soldiers, and enforced submission to wicked and immoral behavior by the government.


Teach your children to abhor and openly reject all calls for tolerance of all wicked behavior. Tell them what sodomites do with each other in such a way that your adolescent children are totally grossed out, preferably until they vomit in disgust.


Memorize Scripture regarding sodomy, and the words of

OH, MAMMON, HEAR US

“One hundred fifty years ago Jeremiah Lanphier was a city missionary supported by the local churches of New York City. His calling was to evangelize the sinners of the city. He became so burdened for his mission field and so concerned over their lack of response that he invited the businessmen of the city to meet weekly for prayer. They met to pray for the lost and for revival to be sent from God. Only half a dozen men came to the first meeting.

Very soon the numbers grew until they needed more than one church to pray in. The prayer meetings soon spread to other cities in the USA and overseas. Some have suggested that the revivals which followed the 1859 Welsh Revival Moody’s preaching were the outgrowth of those prayer meetings in New York City.

In the recent Global Financial Crisis there were businessmen praying again in New York City. The pain in their pocketbooks brought it on. I wonder which god they prayed to? And what did they pray about? Did they pray to the Eternal God whose Son poured out His blood upon the cross to ransom lost men from an eternal Hell? Did they pray that precious souls would turn from their idols to Christ? Or did they pray to Mammon to restore the fortunes they gambled and lost? Were the prayer meetings led by broken and contrite sinners who sought Eternal Life from the Life Giver? Or were they led by bankrupt Midases who grieved over treasures laid up on earth, treasures stolen by thieves in high places, treasures so quickly moth-eaten and cankered?

Israel’s worship became so polluted with idolatry that they prayed to Baal in the name of Jehovah. Today men all over the world pray to Mammon in the name of Jesus. If they were to pray to the god they really worship they would cry, ‘Oh Mammon, hear us!!!’

No wonder the heavens are silent.

Now again, in 2011, we see the world teetering on the brink of financial disaster. It will come as no surprise if the worshippers of Mammon call out again to their priests on Wall Street to intercede for them lest they lose all the idols they bought on credit.

“Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts” (James 4:3).

I had an idea from  the Lord, about those Indian telco callers, that the next time they call I should share the Gospel with them.  Well only a few days later, you quessed it, I got one of those calls.

“Hello Mame, (delay) are you the owner of this telephone? (delay) Is your Name Mrsss. Muugglllleton?” And on they go. Here was my chance to give him the Gospel.

I was enthusiastic with my “Am I glad you called, I have some fantastic news just for you.”

His reply, “You have, Mame?”

“Yes I do,”  - and I gave him the gospel in its simplicity.

His reply was, “Mame, can you tell me what the Psalms mean?”

“Sure, it means songs,” and so my discussion went on. 

He told me he is a catholic, so I told him to read his Bible and to ask God to teach him, not to worry about the priest. And so after more positive talk, the phone cut off.  I praised God for the opportunity to share the gospel with some one half a world away.

That evening whilst cooking tea, our phone rang. Leigh answered, “Yes, my wife told me of your conversation, would you like to talk to her?”

His reply, “Yes.” and proceeded to say that his supervisor had cut him off, and he wanted to tell me how thankful he was for my call, how he was greatly encouraged by my call.   He asked which part of the Bible he should read.

I said, “The Gospel of John, and read it many times, praying to God.”   I thanked him and gave him my blessing.

All glory to God, my desire is to be obedient to whatever My Lord asks me. And wow! did I get a blessing from sharing Gods word.  I’m still a donkey, but a “praising the Lord Donkey.”

This is all about telemarketers calling on the phone. I also did this. A lady called from a window company. I told her I had a contractor building a mansion for me, and he would be using only the best window material. I asked if their windows were warrantied. She said they were. I told her that if my contractor would buy her windows, she would have to warrantee them for eternity.

There was a long pause. She then asked if I was a Christian. I said I was, and that my contractor was Jesus who was preparing a mansion for me in heaven. I expected her to politely excuse herself. Surprise for me! She said, "He is building me a mansion too. 

Our conversation at once turned to sweet fellowship. She had been saved just two weeks before that call, and she was bubbling over with joy. The call ended when she said, "Oh me, here comes my supervisor-- I will have to excuse myself. God bless you."

When I get to heaven, that lady and I will do some shouting about how good the Lord is, and what a great mansion contractor he is.

The article you asked for email on sounds like a threat to me.  We Americans must force the rich to pay higher taxes, or the world will self-destruct from rioting.  So?  Events leading up to ushering in the Tribulation will not be all peace and love.  However, it's hard to see how we Christians can be around for it if we'll be placed in the position of defending ourselves with our guns.  In other words, lots of us would be overcome by the rioters and we would be raped and/or killed.  Americans who will think that they somehow have control over whether or not the poor riot, can certainly take the advice of the writer of this article and run with it as justification for their existences.  While we Christians will look up, for our redemption draweth nigh.  That's what I think.  Thanks for asking. 

The question is, I think, how many of us Christians will die by violence prior to the Rapture?  I hope none of us will, but I have already read of Christians being murdered in Egypt as a result of the riots there.  But the thing is, that most so-called-Christians are apostate to the point of being non-Christians.  I recall that the way is narrow and few find it.  How narrow?  I don't know.

It must have surprised Elijah to be informed that there were 7,000 besides him who had not bowed the knee to Baal, when he cried out that he was the last one left.  But still, 7,000 as a percentage of the earth's population back then is few.  That percentage, whatever it was, is indicitave of an extremely narrow way.

So, how many of us Christians can be killed by violence, and there be any meaningful number of us left to be raptured?  We are not appointed to wrath, so could God's wrath be represented by the rising of mob violence?  I don't know the answers to my questions.  Also, what I have noted is that starving people lack the energy to riot.  Rioting wouldn't do them any good anyway, so they simply starve to death as the hungry people have always done.  So, I think the author is afraid, and he's making a threat in order to be eaten last.
